• Responsible for B2C last mile delivery performance from distribution center
• Responsible for return delivery performance to distribution center
• Responsible for OMNI channels delivery performance
• Responsible for coordinating operation between distribution center and couriers
• Dily cooperation with HQ transportation team
• Management of claims and reimbursement cases with cooperation with CS team
• Courier performance management
• Transportation integration projects
• New delivery service management
• Improvement plan management in delivery operation
• Billing review and management
• Communication with CS team and online commercial team
• Ensure the correct implementation of policies and procedures, and compliance with the
established budget and deadlines
경력 및 자격요건
• Looking for a person with experience in logistics of a multinational corporation ,
preferably in the retail and/or fashion industry. Online transportation experie nce
preferred.
• It is an analytical profile, result oriented, methodical management skills, negotiation skills, service oriented, team worker with good relational skills and must be flexible, relational, communicative, and used to teamwork in a dynamic and international environment.

◆ REQUIREMENTS ◆
• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• At least 4 years of working experience in similar and related position
• Medium-High level of English is a must. Spanish is valued (Communication with HQ is highly required)
• Availability for field trip to visit distribution center and stores
