- Develop and execute Learning & Development strategy aligned with business goals
- Identify training needs and design internal programs
(e.g., HR Induction, job-specific training)
- Source, recommend and plan suitable external training & development programs
- Manage all Training and Development related budgets
-Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies, manage recruitment processes
- Build corporate culture activities
- Plan and Implement organizational reinforcement activities and CSR/ESG activities
- Strengthen internal communication and organizational capability
경력 및 자격요건
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in L&D, Talent Development, or related HR fields
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Fluent in English (written & verbal)
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Emotionally intelligent and people-oriented team player with ability to de-escalate situations effectively
- Experience in training programs, company events and CSR initiatives preferred
