1. Sales Operations Execution
• Support execution of sales operation processes across wholesale, marketplace, and DTC channels
• Maintain and manage operational workflows, SOPs, and internal documentation
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in sales-related operations and reporting
2. Commercial Operations Support
• Coordinate daily operations across DTC, wholesale, and marketplace channels to ensure smooth execution
• Manage order flow, inventory alignment, and resolve operational issues in a timely manner
• Track and monitor operational issues (stock, orders, systems) and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution
• Support store and channel operations with checklists, execution tracking, and process compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Merchandising, Logistics, Finance) to ensure seamless operations
3. KPI Tracking & Reporting
• Support preparation of sales reports and dashboards (sell-in, sell-out, inventory, partner performance)
• Ensure data accuracy across systems (ERP, OMS, CRM)
• Provide basic analysis and insights to support decision-making
4. Cross-functional Coordination
• Work closely with Merchandising, Finance, Operations, and other teams
• Support alignment of operational timelines with business plans and GTM calendar
• Assist in resolving cross-functional operational issues
5. Process Improvement
• Identify and suggest improvements to streamline operational workflows
• Support standardization of processes and reporting systems
• Contribute to building a scalable and efficient operations environment
경력 및 자격요건
• 4–6 years of experience in Sales Operations / Commercial Operations
• Experience in retail, consumer, or fashion industry preferred
• Hands-on experience in sales data, reporting, and operational processes
• Familiarity with ERP / OMS / CRM systems preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Intermediate level of English (reading/writing and basic communication)
