Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process,
including billing, collections, reconciliations, closing, and reporting.
•Reconcile retail sales and AR balances across SAP, BI, and channel settlement data, and investigate any discrepancies.
•Handle wholesale sales billing and ensure accurate and timely billing.
•Monitor and record AR collections, review AR aging, and follow up on overdue and long-outstanding receivables.
•Prepare sales and AR reports and analysis to support month-end closing and management reporting.
•Calculate retail store commissions based on sales and contractual terms.
•Prepare and monitor AR cash flow and expected collection schedules.
•Conduct other AR-related tasks, including VAT-related support and customer/vendor master data management.
•Coordinate closely with Stores, Retail, Operations, and IT teams to resolve issues related to sales, returns, billing, collections, and account reconciliations.
•Support month-end and quarter-end closing activities, including AR subledger and related GL account reconciliations.
•Support internal and external audit requests related to AR and sales transactions.
•Review payment items, support the payment approval process, and assist with cash management.

•회계, 재무 또는 관련 분야 학사 학위 보유자
•매출채권 또는 일반 회계 관련 경력 4년차 이상 보유자
•매출채권 업무 프로세스에 대한 탄탄한 이해
•MS Excel 활용 능력
•유관 부서와 원활하게 협업할 수 있는 커뮤니케이션 능력 및 팀워크

우대 사항)
•리테일, 소비재 또는 관련 업계 경력
•한국회계기준(K-GAAP) 또는 미국회계기준(US-GAAP)에 대한 지식
•ERP 시스템 사용 경험, 특히 SAP 활용 경험
•우수한 영어 커뮤니케이션 능력
