• Lead local e-commerce business growth and implementation in line with HQ strategies and plans. Work closely with local Marketing & Communication team and other key functions, liaise with HQ and manage agencies.
• Able to merge a strong result-driven attitude with a clear understanding of brand building dynamics in the B2C retail luxury segment.
• With clear understanding and sensitivity on profiling and customer management that will lead to proposing specific digital marketing actions to CRM and Marketing teams with the objective of engaging and retaining e-commerce customers and digital prospects.
• With the passion of behaving as an internal advocate, acting as a key contributor in the definition and the acceleration of digital journey and future growth. Establish internally a strong digital culture and operate e-commerce from omnichannel perspective through cross-function cooperation.
• Manage local eCommerce P&L and provide clear understanding of key performance indicators ensuring that the business meets revenue, protects brand and satisfy customers.
• Ensure Online store management: daily analyze sales performance, trends and web kPIs to optimize product assortment and shopping experience
• Omni-Channel roadmap: proactive role in omni-channel features local implementation
• Clienteling roadmap: set up and manage the team, define and execute campaigns
• Management of internal and external resources (third-party e-com service providers, marketing agencies, etc.)
• Development and tracking of operational, promotional and go-to-market plans
• Drive new projects as business lead while collaborating with internal resources and outside vendors
• Localize the e-Merchandising effort in optimizing product assortment, on site merchandising and site design
• Digital marketing: traffic acquisition & search strategy and retention programs in collaboration with HQ Digital Marketing Teams

• Bachelor degree holder with minimum 8 years working experiences in e-commerce field
• Luxury retail or Ready-To-Wear background is a strong plus
• Deep experience managing Digital (web marketing, e-merchandising, website project management, user experience) with a proven track record of driving ROI and sales
• Extensive knowledge of local market
• Experience working in large multinational organizations
• Excellent business acumen, result driven, and understanding of state of art industry technology
• Exceptional planning and project management skills
• Ability to manage and coordinate external resources (third party e-com service providers, web agencies, marketing agencies, social media agencies) providing briefings, technical specs/requirements, monitoring implementation and tracking results of every project
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in content (text, creative) is a strong plus
• Outstanding negotiation skills and ability to manage ambiguity
