• Liaising with department stores operators for business development activities, as well as for the management of the current network
• Executing all operational standards to be requested by department store operators for store personnel issues, constructions, maintenance of store, promotional activities, etc.
• Achieving sales and performance objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
• Completing store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
• Maintaining store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
• Ensuring availability of merchandise and services by liaising with MD manager and HQ Customer Service ; maintaining inventories
• Maintaining boutique image and operations in a professional manner
• Maintaining operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
• Tracking daily and monthly sales, inventory and KPIs (i.e. store traffic) and providing feedback and reports
• Supporting Managing Director in formulating pricing policies by reviewing competitors’ activities; determining additional needed sales promotion; authorizing sales and discounts; studying trends

• Managerial experience with an emphasis on motivating and developing staff at various career levels
• Great vision, self motivated, excellent drive and enthusiastic
• Good planning and organizational skills
• Ability to think strategically, make sound decisions and put in place the proper business actions
• Effective command of the English language
