- Responsible for IT Assets management and IT Helpdesk
- Problem solving and general quality assurance
- Support user’s questions of utilizing systems
- Solve or coordinate system errors
- Trouble Shooting for systems
- Co-work with Headquarter regarding on enhancement of system
경력 및 자격요건
- Fluently bilingual in English and Korean (both oral and written), Chinese plus but not required
- Excellent written skills, experience in writing
- Excellent multitasking and project management skills
- Advanced knowledge of PC Applications and hardware (OS, Office, Printer and so on)
- Basic network knowledge
- Above average customer service skills with excellent follow-up skills
- Excellent organizational skills and work ethic
- BA or higher degree in Computer Science, Management Information systems required
