- Develop, maintain and manage purchasing strategies and PO plans, by identifying and achieving objectives with suppliers and manufacturers in China, price negotiations, controlling daily PO status, on-time delivery communications w/ logistics & sales, reviewing supplier performance expectations, sourcing strategies, cost reductions, reviewing PSI and market demand, and maintaining good relationships w/ suppliers.
- Maintain proper inventory levels while managing production control based on inventory levels and sales demands.
- Analyze & report actual purchases and forecasts, and adjust strategies accordingly
and ETC.

- 15+ years procurement and inventory control experience, in a multi-location, high-volume Consumer Electronics Company dealing with 3rd party manufacturers.
- 7+ years management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a business discipline or equivalent
- Strong negotiating skills & detail oriented
- Excellent Communication and reporting skills
- Good supplier contacts within the industry
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills
- Ability to function well independently and with all staff levels
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight schedules, while dealing with many different departments and SKU’s.
- Strong relationship building and influencing skills
