Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with the management to develop, recommend and implement corporate-wide HR process including payroll, benefits, recognition, and compensation
- Oversee compensation, payroll, and benefits activities and manage two staff members.
- Conducts needs assessments to determine measures required to enhance payroll & benefits administration.
- Determining compensation program strategy that supports compensation philosophy, performance management, business objectives and market pressures.
- Coaching and counseling Human Resources Partners and Business Leadership regarding performance management and compensation policies and programs to ensure understanding and consistent application.
- Designing and developing Human Resources compensation and performance management training tools.
- Providing leadership to managers and professional staff and being accountable for the performance and results of supported functional areas.

Requirement/Skills:
- Significant business acumen and experience building and implementing innovative, creative programs from the ground up for a rapidly growing company.
- Broad knowledge and experience in compensation, benefits, organizational planning, process and policy development, and training and development.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects across multiple areas of the company.
- Deep understanding of federal and state employment laws.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with the management team to provide organizational leadership and direction.
Basic Qualification:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 Years of experience in HR Management
- Experience as Supervisor or Manager required
