• Screens incoming calls and responds independently
• Order office supplies and monitor inventory
• Perform general administrative duties
• Assist simple AR / AP tasks
• Maintains confidentiality of all corporate and personnel matters
• Accomplishes all tasks as appropriately assigned or requested

• Basic computer skills needed (MS Words, Excel, Power Point and etc. )
