• Manage Contracts and agreements and keep strong relationship with key suppliers
• Ensure supplier compliance with site and company requirements for safety
• Performs and manages day-to-day data collection, implementation, supplier improvement and process improvement within the company and across the interface between company and its suppliers in order to achieve effective competitive supply chains
• Discuss defective or unacceptable goods or services with users, vendors and others to determine cause of problem and take corrective and preventative action
• Implement and develop procurement strategy and policies and forecast procurement needs
• Work in a cross-functional manner as a change agent with all departments within the company
• Work with multiple departments to create new products and/or modify existing products
• Continually develop expertise to support growth for new projects
• Collect, validate & update procurement files
경력 및 자격요건
- 2-4 years in Procurement or purchasing experience in FOOD INDUSTRY!
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with MS Office
- Experience with database(SAP preferred) and be able to analyze data, adapt to new culture and maintain positive inter-departmental relationships
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
