• Manage and coordinate legal and employment relation issues
• Manage employees performance evaluation
• Set up HR department strategic plan
• Talent aquisition and management
• Prepare and maintain budget for HR Activities
• Manage compensation, bonus, and incentive levels
• Complete hands on experience on all aspects of HR

• PHR, SPHR, GPHR certification- a plus
• Bilingual in English and Spanish - Korean a huge plus
• 5+ yrs of HR Experience
• BA degree (HR or related major preferred)
