Responsible for daily restaurant operations
• Supervise operation to maximize profitability and minimize legal liability
• Organize and direct worker training programs
• Review financial transaction
• Analyze labor and overhead costs
• Market Policy, employment law, food safety, National Security Policy
•Policies and procedures relating to all restaurant activities across shifts
• Direct cleaning of kitchen and dining areas to maintain sanitation standards
•Educate and train employees about safety and sanitation
• Monitor actions of staff and customers to ensure that health and safety standards

경력 및 자격요건
At least 3-5 yrs of full-service dining experience including management experience
• Associate’s Degree in Hospitality preferred
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English verbally and have excellent writing skills
• Bilingual in Korean is a plus
• Experience in Asian cuisine is a plus
