• Independently manage supply chain process innovation initiatives for headquarters or internal company projects.
• Evaluate options for KPI, process or system improvements needed with planning, inventory management, and/or logistics/distribution operations.
• Lead and perform project activities that include project management, process analysis, solution identification, system design, and system implementation.
• Implement Best-In-Class approach and develop project definition including project schedule, direction and lead process from inception to final deployment into production or completion of process.
• Lead the project technical and operational team and maintain the project objectives through effective management skills.
• Develop the project schedule and manage the implementation of schedule.
• Manage project budgets and expenditures to project plan budget.
• Develop and provide input to the project risk plan and mitigation strategy and manage project risks.

• Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS). MBA is preferred.
• 2-5 years in technical project management and/or process improvement role.
• 3-5 years of supply chain experience including planning, manufacturing, and/or logistics/distribution.
• 7-10 years overall work experience.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes (planning, inventory management, distribution) and systems (planning, SAP).
• Telecommunications business acumen preferred.
• Strong organization, communication, problem solving and data analytical skills.
• Experience with planning, organizing, and prioritizing multiple complex assignments and projects.
• Experience analyzing value created by projects/activities and develop business cases that measure success.
• In-depth use and knowledge of MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP, and Access.
• Systems development and financial knowledge is preferred.
