-Inspect and troubleshoot electronic devices and make minor repairs.
- Daily interaction with the customer over the phone and email. (Minimal face to face interaction)
- Providing troubleshooting and repair pricing over the phone. (Price negotiation involved)
- Inspection and analysis of electronic devices and offer new solutions to the problem.
- Inventory management in department.
- Creating detailed reports via Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power point.

- Bachelor Degree desired but not required. (Experience may be substituted for education)
- Technical support experience is a plus.
- Prior experience with any electronics is a plus.
- Must have excellent phone etiquette in dealing directly with customers.
- Multitasking is required.
- Basic Technical, analytical, and communication skills required.
- Ability to lift 35 lbs on a regular basis.
- Ability to comprehend multi-step operations and perform them repeatedly without instruction.
- Must be a team player.
