• Communicate with customer and HQ for engineering & mass production quality issues in development
• Understand the needs of the customer from a technical aspect
• Receive qualification approval from customer for mass produce on time
• Follow up with customer/HQ if the requests are feasible and meets the schedule
• Monitor to make sure all customer requested samples are delivered at the promised time
• Conduct regular technical meeting
• Coordinate RMA request for all defective parts within warranty period
• Control and manage customer line defect return rate
• Verify field failure and collect Failure Analysis Report from HQ to provide for the customer
• Identify quality issues and solve problems
• Conduct regular quality meeting with customers
• Comply with company’s policy and procedures
• Other duties as assigned
경력 및 자격요건
- 5+ years of field application engineer and customer service engineer experiences
- Bilingual (English and Korean) a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional demeanor on phone and in-person, strong communication skills
- Problem solving ability, LCD technologies and statistical knowledge needed
- Organized, detail oriented, and ability to multi-task
- Team player, good attitude, energetic
