• New product strategy development
• Manage all aspects of new product development process
• Manage new product launch timing and tactics
- Ongoing Brand Marketing & Management
• Develop annual and longer-term brand/business strategy, marketing plan & budget
• Monitor and maintain marketing budget and brand P&L
• Partner with appropriate vendors to develop and execute efficient and effective marketing programs that build brand awareness and encourage product trial and repeat purchasing (via in-store vehicles, online promotions and advertising, social media, PR and event marketing and mainstream media advertising (print, radio, television) as budget warrants)
• Develop and conduct market research to continually assess brand awareness and consumer perception; modify brand tactics as warranted from research findings
• Maintain and refresh consumer website as brand continues to evolve
• Lead cross functional team on ad hoc brand-related project

- MBA preferred
- At least 5 years of relevant business experience in a consumer marketing role. A food company experience is a plus.
- English & Korean
- Leadership, analytics, strategic thinking, creativity, good knowledge and familiarity with Asian foods a strong plus
