• Accountable for sales of new items, category reviews, strategic volume and promotional planning, sales goals, budget adherence, and execution of sales/marketing initiatives
• Development of National Accounts annual/quarterly business plans
• Identify brand/category development opportunities, communicate and resolve account issues/solutions through sales/marketing management team
• Develop/maintain by working with internal sales development, annual forecasts/bottom up plans, marketing/promotional initiatives, sales/promotional history and promotional spending which deliver incremental realized sales
• Develop, implement and monitor retail pricing, distribution, shelving, and promotion strategies
• Create and implement sales and marketing plans that target specific demographic opportunities among consumer segments which leverage National Accounts market penetration
• Be an expert in the category dynamics for all categories in which we compete

• Education: BA/BS degree, preferably in business/economics
• +5 years of experience in managing National Accounts; category management roles in the CPG Food industry
• Strong leadership, presentation and influencing skills
• Ability to manage and lead multiple projects and people simultaneously
• Ability to establish plans and drive execution
• Highly analytical, communication, organized, detail oriented and creative problem solving skills
• Strong understanding of syndicated data and interpretation
• Excellent knowledge of Nielsen, IRI, and category management
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Power Point)
