• Collect up-to-date information on the status of orders from sales departments
• Keep accurate records of monthly and annual sales figures
• Create sales reports to present to sales managers and/or customers
• Communicate with distributors, sales representatives and key clients to resolve any queries as to business practices
• Arrange and coordinate important promotional events such as food shows and trade shows, which are attended by potential clients and intended to enhance a company’s reputation and secure future investment
• Retain good working relations with existing suppliers and attempt to secure more favorable contract terms for future business
• Reviews and analyzes information such as item movement, SKU assortment, and syndicated customer data. Reports assessment of data and trends to internal sales and marketing management, and regional sales managers

- AS degree or higher; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 2 to 3 years of previous work experience; Food Industry experience preferred
- Microsoft Office, Organized, team player, flexible and adaptable to change, ability to multitask and prioritize key tasks, attention to detail
