• Leading short and long term operational/strategic business activities by developing, enhancing and maintaining operational information and business models
• Developing and implementing effective strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes
• Proposing new business opportunities and analyzing feasibility of new businesses
• Communicating with headquarters in Korea to support business activities in the US
• Providing professional service with networking and communication to 3rd parties (attorneys, law firms, business consulting agencies, etc.)
• Follows organization and department procedures to complete tasks in a timely manner
• General affairs including office management

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with results driven
• 3 to 8 years of professional experience (in new business development is preferred)
• Proficiency with MS office
• Bilingual preferred (English/Korean),
• Minimum B.S. degree in business administration, MBA preferred
