• Processing import/export transactions and performing related activities for an assigned base of accounts
• Expediting clearance and delivery to meet client requirements, A/R, and A/P
• Maintaining customer profile information
• Process/confirm necessary paperwork with utmost detail
• Prompt correspondence to customers
• Other ad-hoc projects as requested by management

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• No experience required / 2-3 experience preferred
• MS Office required (Excel, Word)
• Service oriented mind
• Fluent English/Korean
• Ability to Multi-task
