ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Brand Management and Planning for GTM Execution
• Identify market trends and competitive actions, and recommend trends to action activation
• Manage A&P by channels in line with regional guidelines while optimizing for business impact
• Develop and propose marketing and promotional plans for Key Shopping Moment (KSM) / High Traffic Moment (HTM) & Always-on (Trial sets)
2. 360 Marketing
• Lead marketing teams to deliver and execute cascaded end-to-end marketing plan from Region on consumer, product and retail marketing by tailoring it to local market dynamics
• Localize and validate cascaded full-funnel marketing initiatives and Go To Market plans across all channels
• Product Management: Lead cross-functional teams to ensure accurate product forecast, product excess management, pricing and claims for all campaigns and BAUs.
• Provide market insights and local business intelligence to the Region during the annual planning cycle for regional marketing and GTM strategy development
• Deliver data-driven insights from retail/category/door-level performance and marketing investments
• Lead planning and execution of successful new product launch including press events/public consumer events
3. People Development and Management
• Counsel the team members for the career development and teamwork

- University-level education or equivalent
- 12+ years of experience in marketing
- Proven track record in driving ROI for marketing campaigns
- Strong leadership and influencing skills to lead multiple projects in a matrix environment
- Skilled at managing stakeholders at different levels of seniority to accomplish business goals while maintaining strong interpersonal relationships
- Strong ananlytical skills and fast-learning
- Proficiency in English (both speaking and writing)
