1. Platform Strategy & Execution
• Develop tailored strategies for each online marketplace based on platform characteristics and target customer behavior.
• Optimize product exposure, pricing, and promotions by season and category.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) by platform and take actions to improve overall sales efficiency and operational effectiveness.
2. New Channel Development
• Identify and evaluate new e-commerce channels for brand expansion and customer acquisition.
• Lead internal coordination and external negotiations for successful onboarding and launch.
3. Weekly Campaign Planning & Execution
• Plan and execute weekly digital events aligned with each platform’s marketing calendar.
• Collaborate with MD and marketing teams to develop relevant, theme-based campaigns.
• Analyze performance post-campaign and apply insights to future events.
4. Advertising & Content Integration
• Manage in-platform advertising operations including SEO, keyword ads, and banners.
• Ensure alignment between campaign messaging, visual assets, and platform promotions for maximum impact.
• Strategically allocate media budget based on platform-specific ROI.
5. Creative Asset Management
• Coordinate the creation and delivery of creative assets
• Ensure all content adheres to each platform’s design guidelines while reflecting the brand tone.
• Tailor creative messaging to fit customer segments and campaign themes.
6. Order Fulfillment & Customer Experience
• Oversee end-to-end order flow and work closely with the SCM team to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Manage customer inquiries and post-purchase feedback from marketplace users.
• Collect and share VOC insights to relevant internal teams for continuous improvement.

• Around 8 years of experience managing on online marketplace platforms
• Proven track record of driving sales performance through platform operations
• Strong understanding of digital promotion mechanics and customer journey in shopping platforms
• Excellent project management and cross-functional communication skills
• Analytical mindset with hands-on experience in monitoring KPIs and optimizing sales levers
• Familiarity with online advertising tools and creative asset coordination
• Proficiency in business-level English
• Experience in fashion e-commerce
• Familiarity with domestic marketplaces (e.g., Naver, Vertical fashion platforms, Horizontal Shopping Platforms)
• Fluent in spoken / written English, with strong communication & negotiation skills
