• Develop and execute operational plans for the apparel category on the Digital Flagship platform
• Plan, coordinate, and implement online promotions and campaigns for apparel products to drive sales and enhance customer engagement
• Manage and update apparel product pages, ensuring accurate product information, appealing visual content, and timely uploads
• Analyze sales data and customer behavior to optimize product assortment, pricing, and promotional strategies for the apparel section
• Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and digital merchandisers to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all brand-related content
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge in the online apparel market
• Support IT-related tasks associated with the operation of the e-commerce platform, such as troubleshooting minor issues, coordinating with IT teams, and assisting with system updates
• Assist in the integration and maintenance of digital tools and platforms that enhance the efficiency of the online store
• Participate in cross-functional projects to improve the overall digital customer experience

Requirements
• Over 5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, digital platform management, or UX-related roles
• Proven experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in the fashion industry
• Strong understanding of online merchandising, digital marketing, and e-commerce analytics
• Basic understanding of e-commerce system architecture (e.g., DOM, WMS, Middleware) and interface logic
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with UX and performance KPIs (e.g., traffic, conversion rate, bounce rate, ABV)
• Proficiency in cross-functional communication, especially with IS/IT, marketing team
• Excellent attention to detail, with a problem-solving mindset and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Interest in digital retail trends and customer-centric user experience
• Fluent in English (for global team communication)
Preferred Qualifications
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud).
• Basic knowledge of IT systems and digital tools relevant to e-commerce operations.
