1. Retail Operation
-Update boutique staff schedule every month
-Arrange queuing guard every month
-Update boutique back office sales material like KPI board
-Support boutique IT system operation with IT team
-Handle overall new store project display item importing
-Handle overall new store project overseas’ payment such as design fee
-Handle overall boutique maintenance coordination
-Provide regional & global guidelines and supervise implementation
2. Stock Management
-Proceed monthly cycle count on all boutique
-Proceed biannual stock take
-Adjusting Inventory quantity when needed by creating special output & special input
3. Sales Reporting
-Update weekly sales report to Country manager
-Update weekly, monthly report to send it to HK region team
-Boutique staff sales performance report-quarterly
-Creating sales report in response to Country manager’s request
-Assist in OPEX planning and control for shop related expenses on maintenance for GC & SG
-BTQs; Security cost

- At least 5 years of experience in luxury retail industry
- Knowledge of store organization
- Competent knowledge of English
