• Supervise CIEM data management and analysis to design optimal CRM framework and initiatives
• Lead initiatives to enhance customer data accuracy and quality (data capture, single customer view and data quality monitoring)
• Strategically segment customers based on key metrics for tiered and targeted outreach

VIC Clienteling
• Develop and execute tiered VIC programs for brand loyalty enhancement: trade in, up & across
• Enhance brand loyalty via planning and rollout of VIC annual gifting program and VIC bespoke events
Reporting & Administrative
• Annual CRM budget planning, FCST and actualization
• Publish CIEM reports (per channel, per store, etc.)
• CRM calendar development
경력 및 자격요건
• Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in CRM
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Strong strategic, analytical and interpersonal skills with a self-motivated approach
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Data analysis and management skills, project management experience
• Retail industry, preferably in global fashion/luxury, apparel & FMGC brand experience.
• Fluent English skill both written and spoken
• Experience in setting up CRM program or/and system (in alignment with global and local 3rd party vendor) preferred
