Overall
• Support the end-to-end product lifecycle for the assigned brand and category.
• Assist in managing product assortment planning by collaborating closely with regional and global teams to reflect local consumer insights and preferences.
• Work closely with Product Development and Program Coordinators at the Boston headquarters (US) to ensure products are cost-effective, delivered on time, and tailored with the right features and benefits for Korean consumers and the local market.
Assisting the Product Marketing Manager
• Assist in developing all on-box and in-box collateral in alignment with global guidelines.
• Support the launch of new products by collaborating cross-functionally with regional and global teams.
• Contribute to product training and the development of sales enablement tools, including product detail pages, demo guidelines, and training kits for sales and marketing teams.
• Support New Product Development (NPD) roadmap planning.
Market Trend Analysis
• Conduct regular competitor analyses and market trend reports to support timely, data-driven
decision-making and provide actionable insights for portfolio enhancement and product
differentiation.
• Contribute to the development of local product strategies by identifying new business
opportunities based on consumer research and market dynamics.
• Support consumer research initiatives by compiling findings and extracting key insights to inform
product development and marketing messaging.
경력 및 자격요건
• Minimally 5 years of product experience (not marcom person).
• 3-5 yrs solid working experience.
• Product experience in FMCG or small home appliances are preferred
• Experience in assisting with New Product Development launches is preferred
• Proactive ways of working
• BA degree or equivalent
• Skill set to implement new products with focus on the user experience and technical aspects.
• Multi-function capacity and flexibility to deal with ambiguous situations.
• Communication skills with excellent Korean, high level speaking / reading / writing capabilities in English. There will be intensive daily communication with Boston head office and APAC teams.
